Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Snollo iOS app (App Store ID 6752620925) and the snollo.com website, both operated by Artsiom Pryshchepau. By downloading, installing, or using Snollo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Apple's standard EULA also applies
When you install Snollo from the App Store, your use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "standard EULA"). These terms supplement the standard EULA. Where a conflict exists between these terms and any mandatory clause of Apple's EULA, Apple's clause prevails.
License and acceptable use
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Snollo on devices you own or control. You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code
- modify, translate, or create derivative versions of the app
- copy or redistribute the app outside of the App Store
- use the app to violate any law or another person's rights
All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to Snollo remain ours.
Subscriptions and payments
Snollo is free to download. Some features require a Snollo Premium subscription, sold as either a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription.
Pricing. Prices vary by region — what you see at the time of purchase in the App Store is what Apple charges. As an example, in the US App Store:
- Snollo Premium Monthly — USD 5.99 per month
- Snollo Premium Yearly — USD 39.99 per year
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges your payment method at the start of each renewal period.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via the App Store app). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Premium access until then.
Refunds. All refund requests are handled by Apple, not Snollo. Submit refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Free trials and introductory offers. If a free trial or introductory price is offered, it converts automatically to a paid subscription at the regular price at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
Price changes. If we change subscription prices, you will be notified through the App Store and given the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
How your data is handled
Snollo handles your sleep data, audio, profile, and other information per our Privacy Policy. Briefly: sleep recordings and analysis live in your own iCloud, under your Apple ID, across the Apple devices you sign into. A small set of third-party services receive anonymous events, crash reports, and subscription state. See the privacy policy for the full breakdown.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, your iCloud account, and access to the app. We strongly recommend against jailbreaking your iPhone — it may compromise the app's security guarantees and cause Snollo to malfunction.
Service availability and changes
Snollo depends on Apple platforms (iOS, iCloud, CloudKit, HealthKit, WeatherKit) and third-party services. Outages, API changes, or device incompatibility can interrupt service. We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we don't accept liability for losses caused by service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, or terminate the Snollo service entirely, at any time. We will give reasonable advance notice through the App Store or this website where possible.
Some features require an internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular). Mobile data charges from your carrier, including roaming charges, are your responsibility.
Not a medical device
Snollo is a consumer wellness app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Sleep tracking, snore detection, sleep stage analysis, sleep apnea risk indicators, and related features are informational and should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition. If you have concerns about your sleep or your health, consult a qualified medical professional.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Snollo is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be prohibited by law — for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, or violation of mandatory consumer protections.
Updates
We may release app updates from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using the service; others are optional. We don't guarantee that older app versions will continue to function as Apple platforms evolve.
Termination
You may stop using Snollo at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, violate the law, or attempt to harm the service or other users. Upon termination, the license granted to you in these terms ends and you must stop using the app.
Apple as a third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and that upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when we add new features, change pricing structures, or in response to legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Snollo after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
